1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wj9 ("wj9", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service available at wj9.app. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the wj9 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

wj9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wj9 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section reflects when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms should be read alongside wj9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and wj9.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wj9 platform. Access to wj9.app constitutes unambiguous acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the wj9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. wj9 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all registrations and all gambling activity. wj9 will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or place a wager.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial or professional entity for the purpose of professional gambling.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of wj9 complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of a wj9 employee or associated company, unless prior written permission has been obtained from wj9 management.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an account terminated by wj9 for any breach of these Terms.

wj9 conducts age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued identification document to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be closed and any funds held will be returned via the original deposit method, subject to fraud screening.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on wj9 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where wj9 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any associated bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts may be forfeited at wj9's sole discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 KYC Verification

wj9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. wj9 may at any time — and particularly before processing any withdrawal — request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Driver's licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) for address verification
• Screenshot or confirmation of mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) linked to your registered mobile number

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being made may result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed. wj9 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by verification delays where the player has failed to supply the required documents promptly.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wj9 support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wj9 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

wj9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed exclusively in BDT. There is no requirement for currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate markup applied to player transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on wj9 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. 4.3 Processing Times

Deposit transactions via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your wj9 balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by wj9's payments team and are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete. During periods of high transaction volume, processing times may be extended.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. wj9 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method.

4.5 No Money Laundering

The wj9 platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must be funded from payment methods owned by and registered to the account holder. wj9 cooperates fully with any lawful request from competent authorities in connection with financial crime investigations. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

wj9 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket free bets, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will be forfeited without further notice.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on wj9 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. The full contribution schedule is published on the Promotions page. As a general rule:

• Slots and crash games (e.g., Aviator) — 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (e.g., Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti) — 10% contribution
• Sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.50 or above — 100% contribution
• Sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 — 0% contribution

5.4 Bonus Abuse

wj9 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts or with other operators to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (so-called "bonus arbitrage"); using automated software, bots, or scripts to meet wagering requirements; and any coordinated activity with other players designed to exploit the bonus system.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the wj9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with basic standards of fair play and lawful behaviour. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on wj9:

• Providing false identity information — including impersonating another person or using a fictitious identity during registration or KYC.
• Underage gambling — registering or attempting to gamble if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games or poker-format games.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated decision-making tools to play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors — taking deliberate advantage of any bug, glitch, or error in the wj9 platform software. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of software errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Fraud and chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against genuine wj9 transactions.
• Abusive behaviour — directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language at wj9 support staff or other platform users.
• Unauthorised access attempts — attempting to access wj9 systems, databases, or other accounts through any unauthorised means.

wj9 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds; and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the wj9 platform — including but not limited to the wj9 brand name and logo, website design, layout, colour scheme, typography, graphics, photography, written content, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wj9 or is used by wj9 under valid licence from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wj9 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any wj9 content on any medium without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any wj9 software or platform component.
• Use the wj9 brand, logo, or name in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of wj9.app on another website or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on any wj9 content.

Any unauthorised use of wj9 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law. wj9 actively monitors for unauthorised use of its brand assets and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

wj9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While wj9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, wj9 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from harmful components such as viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj9 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from your use of the wj9 platform, including gambling losses.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, or pandemic conditions.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotions, or content published on the wj9 platform that subsequently contains errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wj9's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by this clause.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your wj9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. 9.2 Suspension or Closure by wj9

wj9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where wj9 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.
• You have provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Multiple accounts have been opened in violation of the single-account policy.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation has been detected on your account.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from you or on your behalf.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to wj9's regulatory compliance obligations.

In the event of closure for cause, wj9 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no fraud or breach has occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. wj9 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at their registered email address before applying a dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance, after the initial 12-month inactive period. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to wj9's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and wj9, you should first contact the wj9 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. wj9 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The majority of account and payment disputes are resolved at this first stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, wj9 operates an escalation process under which unresolved complaints are reviewed by a designated senior member of the wj9 operations team. wj9's decision on any complaint, communicated in writing to your registered email address, is final and binding for the purposes of the dispute resolution process.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the wj9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wj9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
